Associate Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Specialist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients with acquired or traumatic brain injury or other neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide psychiatric and external assessments for clients referred to the unit, under the direction and supervision of the Consultant Psychiatrist.
- Work with the multidisciplinary team to ensure delivery of the Care Programme.
- Ensure the high-quality first-line medical care of our inpatients, liaise effectively with external professionals and carers, and provide written and oral evidence for Hospital Managers' and Tribunal hearings.
- Prepare discharge summaries, reports, and other necessary documentation, and be a valued and effective member of the multidisciplinary team at St Neots.
- Participate in the on-call rota, work effectively with colleagues to ensure that patients are able to access appropriate medical cover at all times, and contribute to the service development by participating in Clinical Governance activities.
- Full GMC registration.
- Experience working in psychiatry within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in Psychiatry.
- Experience working as a doctor within a similar environment.
- MRCPsych (desirable).
