About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fundraising Manager to join our Individual Giving team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project managing our regular giving campaigns, which are a crucial part of our fundraising strategy, bringing in over £8 million a year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage regular giving campaigns to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
  • Work closely with our face-to-face and telemarketing partners to recruit and retain supporters at record levels
  • Keep fundraisers up to date on our work and deliver inspiring training sessions
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to the agencies to ensure exceptional interactions with supporters
  • Monitor results and make recommendations by adopting a test and learn approach

About You

We are looking for a team player who can work effectively with stakeholders within and outside of the organisation. You will have strong project management skills, be able to monitor performance and quality metrics, and use your initiative to problem solve as needed.
