Fundraising Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Fundraising Representative to join our team at Charity Link. As a Door-to-Door Sales Professional, you will be responsible for engaging with the public, building relationships, and securing donations for our charity partners.
Key Responsibilities- Visit pre-allocated areas by postcode, visiting specific streets and houses to engage with the public and secure donations
- Work independently, using your own initiative to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain relationships with the public, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience
- Utilize an electric tablet to sign up donors and manage donations
- Wear Charity Link-branded uniform and represent the organization in a professional manner
- Previous experience as a door-to-door sales person or significant experience in other face-to-face sales roles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport with the public
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to reach and surpass targets
- Competitive basic salary of £23.8K - £25K, with uncapped discretionary bonus (£45K+ OTE)
