Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment
    • Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and job specifications
    • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview processes and ensure compliance with right-to-work and qualification checks
    • Update databases and relevant colleagues on recruitment progress
    • Record candidate information and respond to candidates in a timely manner
  • Onboarding
    • Coordinate the onboarding process, including generating contractual paperwork and documenting right-to-work information
    • Update HRIS and databases to record key information and trigger onboarding process stages
    • Communicate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
    • Ensure new employees have access to mandatory training
  • Employee Relations
    • Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions and grievances
    • Coordinate probation periods and reviews with line managers
    • Update databases and employee records to ensure accuracy
    • Process contractual changes and organize associated administration
  • Leavers
    • Process leavers, including sending confirmation letters and arranging equipment return
    • Update HRIS and databases to record key information and trigger offboarding process stages
