Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Policy and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, reviewing, and updating of HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, content, and delivery of a Global Policy Review
  • Facilitate regular audits of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Support the identification of potential risks and areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address and mitigate them
  • Support the global socialization of the ERRICA (risk and compliance) framework and collate required data
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate policy and process changes
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to HR compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions taken
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance audits, investigations, and related activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within audit/compliance/policy where you would have gained a good level of coordination/administrative experience
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Programmes, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
