About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team in London. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, and telephony issues
  • Perform administration tasks for all IT users, including setting up new starters, removing leavers, and changing passwords
  • Maintain all IT assets, ensuring accurate records and updates
  • Set up new assets for new starters or office moves, ensuring correct configuration
  • Proactively manage update and patch cycles for IT assets, including Mac and PC
  • Provide VIP and visitor support for meeting room AV systems
  • Identify service improvements and enhancements to ensure the department remains agile and responsive to business needs
  • Work in a rota/on-call capacity to ensure IT support coverage over core business hours

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a hands-on 2nd line IT support role
  • Strong Apple macOS and Windows 10/11 skills
  • Microsoft Active Directory (Azure Entra and on-prem), WSUS, and Group Policies expertise
  • Office365 administration experience, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and Intune
  • Ability to travel between sites as required for support (expenses incurred will be fully reimbursed)
  • Previous experience working in a contact/call centre environment and agile environment
  • Working knowledge of ITIL and/or ITSM tools
