B2B Telesales Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced B2B Telesales / Internal Sales Executive to join our client in Bellshill. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, with experience in B2B / SME sales areas. Your primary role will be to develop new leads and opportunities, generate sales with business customers, and fully account manage their account, cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new leads and opportunities through outbound telesales calls
  • Generate sales with business customers of all sizes
  • Fully account manage customer relationships, cross-selling and upselling additional products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B Telesales / Internal Sales
  • Strong sales and target-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

What We Offer:

  • Starting basic salary of £25,000
  • General on-target earnings of £30,000 - £40,000
  • Genuine earning potential, with top performers earning £60,000 - £70,000 per year
