About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and take on the challenge of securing specifications with Architects and M&E Consultants across the central belt. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with the senior leadership team to secure high-value projects for our client's innovative new building system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure specifications with Architects and M&E Consultants
- Work closely with the senior leadership team to secure high-value projects
- Manage existing tenders and contracts
- Identify new business opportunities
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced Specification Sales person with a strong understanding of both residential and commercial building envelopes. You will have a proven track record of success in sales and be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
What We Offer:
A competitive basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000, a full benefits package, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company in the construction industry.
