We are seeking a skilled B2B Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Consultant for our client. A solid background in outbound sales is essential, with experience across various B2B / SME sales sectors being particularly relevant, as these skills are highly transferable.
Your main responsibility will be to cultivate new leads and opportunities, generating sales with business clients of all sizes. You will also be tasked with managing accounts and exploring opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products and services throughout the customer relationship.
The ideal candidate will be driven by financial success and possess a strong sales orientation. You should be accustomed to making a high volume of outbound telesales calls and excel at engaging with decision-makers at the highest levels within target organizations. Exceptional rapport-building and listening skills are crucial for success in this role.
In addition to a competitive starting salary of £25,000, you can expect on-target earnings of approximately £30,000 - £40,000. This position offers significant earning potential based on your individual sales performance, with top achievers in this role earning between £60,000 - £70,000 annually, although building your account base to reach this level may take time.
