Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Administration: Manage our financial records, including invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare financial reports, including cash flow, chargeability, and business scorecards, to support business decision-making.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with our bookkeeper and accountant as needed, and provide general assistance to the team as required.
Requirements
  • Proactive and Organized: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organizational skills.
  • Financial Knowledge: Experience with financial software, including bookkeeping and accounting systems, and a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
