Pension Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Pension Administrator to join our team at Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to our 180 corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers, and colleagues
- Administer pension schemes to a high level, including new joiners and scheme management
- Problem-solve and resolve queries from clients, advisers, and colleagues
- Salary up to £38,000 with flexibility for the right candidate
- Company bonus scheme
- Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office)
- Workplace health scheme
- Support with exams (e.g. GR1)
- Generous leave package and office shutdown between Christmas and New Year
- Experience in a pension admin/corporate benefits role
- Comfortable working in a small team of five
- Ability to adapt to change and growth within the organization
