Key Responsibilities- Manage client interactions and produce detailed reports
- Provide expert advice and guidance on pension-related matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Background in financial services or wealth management
- Proven experience in client liaison and report writing
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel to Weybridge
- Competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000
- Discretionary annual bonus of up to 10%
