Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including cash flow, chargeability, and business scorecards, to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Financial Operations: Assist in the management of financial operations, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation of payments received.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
