Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Hospitality Team Member to join our team working 40 hours per week. As a Hospitality Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure an exceptional standard of customer care, adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Be an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.
  • Operate tills and handle cash transactions.
  • Wait tables and clear cutlery and glasses from customers, ensuring all items are washed, cleaned, and stored correctly.
  • Identify food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment in all casino areas.
