Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced hospitality staff members to join our team. As a hospitality staff member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to a high standard
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact
- Perform high-end waiting service and carry out bar duties to an exceptional standard
What We Offer
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.50, paid weekly, and flexible working hours. You will also have the opportunity to work in various locations, including Coventry and surrounding areas. Requirements
