Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing engineering solutions to meet programme requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and define requirements for complex engineering projects
- Develop and implement systems engineering solutions, including detailed design, modelling, performance optimization, and technical reviews
- Plan and document system verification processes, including simulations, analyses, system, unit, and component tests, integration and regression tests, stress, acceptance, and qualification tests, and flight tests
- Follow robust configuration control, review, and change management processes
- Assist in preparing plans, estimates, task lists, and risk management plans
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the development process
- Perform internal project activities and coordinate with external subcontractors
- Contribute to continual process improvement
- Undertake any other engineering-related tasks as necessary
Requirements:
