About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative Team Lead to join our team at Safran Helicopter Engines. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are fully captured, understood, and effectively communicated to the relevant stakeholders within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our internal and external customers
  • Lead the Customer Service Representative team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
