About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Circle Health Group. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilize our booking systems to coordinate the loaning of power tools and instrument sets between different hospitals, theatres, and decontamination centers.
  • Effectively communicate any potential failures in power tool and instrument supply to our senior team.
  • Coordinate repairs and service contracts under direction as required.
  • Order and coordinate the storage of supplies, ensuring adequate stocks are maintained at all times.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as directed by the Decontamination Manager and maintain timesheet records.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Promote and maintain Health & Safety within the department.
  • Ensure that all activities are in accordance with the Company's Policy and Procedures.
  • Complete all Learning Space modules in a timely manner.
  • Be flexible to the developing and changing needs of the role and adapt accordingly.
