Molecular Biology Technical Consultant

Position Overview:
This remote role is with ELP Consult Ltd., a prominent bioreagent manufacturer and associated contract research organization (CRO). Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivering comprehensive overviews of the company’s primary technologies and offerings to facilitate focused technical presentations at various industry events, including exhibitions, seminars, and workshops.
2. Assisting the sales team in conducting client visits and virtual consultations, ensuring exceptional technical support throughout the sales journey. This involves a thorough assessment of client requirements alongside the company’s capabilities to recommend optimal products and services.
3. Regularly updating product details and training resources, while contributing to the enhancement of marketing materials.
4. Gathering and refining information on key clients, aiding in the execution of technical promotions and follow-up on business prospects.
5. Collecting and evaluating market intelligence regarding competitors and clients, while providing insights into new technical advancements in relevant sectors.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Molecular Biology or Protein Biochemistry; experience in related biological disciplines such as Immunology, Oncology, or Cell Biology is advantageous.
- Highly driven and self-sufficient individual.
- Keen interest in and awareness of emerging technologies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Demonstrated proficiency in delivering presentations.
- Strong collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
