Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, providing technical advice, and working closely with our Sales Account Managers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer interactions, including initial inquiries, order placement, complaints, and technical support.
- Provide primary technical advice to customers, identifying and interpreting their requirements, and communicating these to customers.
- Work closely with Sales Account Managers to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Attend trade/technical shows and give technical presentations to customers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Biotechnology fields, such as Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Immunology.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Good presentation skills with technical content.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and action-oriented.
- Previous industry experience in a similar commercial role is advantageous but not essential.
