Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team in Molecular Biology. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, providing technical advice, and working closely with our Sales Account Managers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to customers on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise and build relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Biotechnology or a related field, such as Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or Immunology.
  • Proven experience in a similar commercial role, preferably in the biotechnology industry.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Good presentation skills with technical content.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and action-oriented.
