As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our customer service function, handling initial inquiries from customers, dealers, and the general public regarding order placement, complaints, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary technical advice to customers, interpreting their requirements and communicating these to customers.
- Work closely with our Sales Account Managers to improve customer satisfaction and provide technical support.
- Attend trade/technical shows and give presentations to customers.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Biotechnology fields, such as Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, and Immunology.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Good presentation skills with technical content.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and action-oriented.
