Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Radiographer to join our Radiotherapy team. The department is equipped with advanced technology, including Elekta Linear accelerators and a wide bore CT Simulator, facilitating innovative treatment options.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing safe and precise radiotherapy planning and treatment across various tumor sites.
  • Being accountable for your professional actions, ensuring proper authorization is obtained in line with established criteria.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
  • Rotating through both pre-treatment and treatment areas of the department.
  • Exhibiting high standards of integrity and professionalism, while ensuring patient confidentiality is upheld.
  • Ensuring effective delivery and verification of radiotherapy treatments.
  • Staying compliant with IR(ME)R regulations regarding ionizing radiation.
  • Maintaining competencies in treatment techniques, patient care, and communication skills.
