**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team at A. Kahn Design Ltd as a UK Field Sales Manager. This is a key role that will require a strong understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to promote expedient brand growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Visit potential customers to prospect for new business and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work closely with multiple departments within the business to gather market and customer information, and to identify new business opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations, showcasing our products and services to potential customers.
  • Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with other managers to ensure the best possible outcomes for the business.
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Checking vehicles in build with production and being a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, and using this information to develop targeted sales strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Previous Field Sales and Management Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven Sales experience and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Must possess strong IT skills and have the ability to create and implement Strategic Sales Plans.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Possess excellent communications skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Be able to analyse and interpret research data to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a 'Can do Attitude' is essential for this role.
  • Creative thinker and able to think outside the box to identify new business opportunities.
  • Persuasive and able to articulate the value proposition of our products and services to potential customers.
  • The ability to flourish in a competitive environment and to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Team player and able to liaise with Public Relations, design and marketing department, and Supply Chain in order to ensure positive results.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of £35,000.00 per year.
  • Commission pay (OTE £65,000).
  • On-site parking.
