Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this position demands a motivated individual capable of operating on a global scale to drive rapid brand expansion.
Experience in Field Sales and Management is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on approach, with a willingness to engage directly in operations.
- Identify and visit prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization.
- Collect and analyze market and customer data.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications with management.
- Provide insights on upcoming product developments and promotional activities.
- Monitor vehicle production and serve as a primary contact point.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client businesses and their needs.
Required Skills
- Prior experience in Field Sales and Management within the automotive sector.
- Demonstrated sales success.
- Strong IT proficiency with the capability to devise and execute Strategic Sales Plans.
- Exceptional leadership qualities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Competence in analyzing and interpreting research data.
- Excellent negotiation abilities and a proactive mindset are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: £35,000.00 per year
Additional Compensation:
- Commission pay (OTE £65,000)
