Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth within the corporate sector.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, manage high-value accounts, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adapting sales strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Head of Corporate Sales or in a senior sales leadership role within a retail or FMCG business.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a corporate sales environment.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the corporate sales landscape.
