Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team at Placed. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for managing new client relationships and continuing to build strong, long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and setting the stage for a successful partnership.
- Continuously assess client needs and develop strategies to meet those needs, driving growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional communication and service.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the property or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the property and real estate industries.
