About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team at Placed. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring timely completion of contracts and documents.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in estate agency, real estate, mortgages, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building relationships.
