The Opportunity

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be working closely with our current accounts to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained. You will be a key contact in ensuring the growth of the accounts and working with our sales team to support them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as the property market, to provide expert advice to our customers.
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

About You

To be successful as a Customer Success Specialist, you will have a strong understanding of the property market and expertise in account management and relationship building.

You will also have/be:

  • Expertise in Excel and data analysis.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  • Experience in a sales CRM, such as Salesforce.
  • Direct property knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Graduate calibre or relevant experience.
