As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process of new clients, ensuring seamless integration with our platform, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the conveyancing/sales process within property, mortgages, or similar industries. You will be responsible for:
- Managing the onboarding process of new clients, including contract completion and document management.
- Ensuring timely communication with clients regarding platform updates and changes.
- Continuing to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services.
- Collaborating with our sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in estate agency, real estate, mortgages, or legal industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
As a Customer Success Manager at Playced, you can expect:
