About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Operational Site Lead to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Clinical Operating Model for Therapies and Dietetics, you will be responsible for managing the Physiotherapy service at St Richards Hospital, working closely with the Therapy Site Lead and Professional Lead for Physiotherapy.

Main Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapy Operational Site Lead, you will be responsible for the operational and clinical management of the inpatient and non-MSK out-patient Physiotherapy services. You will contribute to the planning, development, and performance of the Physiotherapy service, ensuring excellence in clinical governance, evidence-based practice, and quality assurance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a professional degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, relevant postgraduate qualifications, and experience in team lead management as a Band 7. You will also have high-level communication skills, evidence of non-clinical development and roles, and a strong understanding of trust procedures and pathways for financial planning.
