We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Service Manager to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Physiotherapy Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the operational and clinical management of our Physiotherapy services, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Physiotherapy services, including staff management, resource allocation, and service development.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our Physiotherapy team, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Service Development: Contribute to the planning, development, and performance of our Physiotherapy services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that our Physiotherapy services are delivered in accordance with Trust policies and procedures, and that we meet the required standards of quality and safety.
- Staff Development: Provide opportunities for staff development and training, ensuring that our team has the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
- Professional Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Relevant Masters Level qualification or equivalent
- HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist
- Experience of Team Lead Management as Band 7
