About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapy Operational Lead to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Clinical Operating Model for Therapies and Dietetics, you will be responsible for managing the Physiotherapy service at St Richards Hospital, working closely with the Therapy Site Lead and the Professional Lead for Physiotherapy.

Main Responsibilities

As Physiotherapy Operational Lead, you will be responsible for the operational and clinical management of the inpatient and non-MSK out-patient Physiotherapy services. You will contribute to the planning, development, and performance of the Physiotherapy service, ensuring excellence in clinical governance, evidence-based practice, and quality assurance.

Person Specification

  • Professional Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy
  • Relevant Masters Level qualification or equivalent
  • HCPC Registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Experience of Team Lead Management as Band 7
