Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to clients, including installation, commissioning, and repair of mechanical equipment.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits to generate reports and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and quality service.
  • Emergency Response: Handle emergency call-outs and communicate effectively with the team to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Safety Standards: Maintain safety standards by conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Customer Focus: Focus on customer satisfaction and quality service, conducting routine preventative maintenance on wastewater systems.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain vehicle and stock levels, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of water boosting technology and pump stations, with experience in the pump industry or related field.
  • Qualifications: Confined Space Entry and CSCS qualifications, basic electrical training, and First Aid at Work Qualification.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated with high workmanship standards, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication and IT skills.
