Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Service Administrator to join our team at AVK|SEG. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to our business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our business operations team, including data entry, document management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain efficient administrative processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the flow of information across departments, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales pipelines, customer feedback, and business risks.
- Assist with presentations, reports, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Liaise with the People team for onboarding and other HR-related tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a business services environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, with experience in data entry and document management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
