Job Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and caring individuals to join our team as Casual Short Break Workers. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with disabilities in our Short Breaks and Residential Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for children
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 / Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards this qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
