The Role: Senior Foster Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Foster Care Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being of children placed in foster care by providing comprehensive support and guidance to our foster parents.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, assess, train, and supervise foster parents, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Conduct regular home visits and provide ongoing support to foster families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for children in foster care.
  • Collaborate with social workers, case managers, and other professionals involved in the child's well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to foster care services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Current HCPC registration as a Social Worker.
  • Significant experience working with foster families and children in care.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commitment to child welfare and the principles of foster care.
