Service Care Solutions is seeking a skilled PR and Campaigns Officer to join our team. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive public relations and external campaigns service to ensure the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior managers to develop and implement the annual communications plan aligned with our organization's strategy.
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for campaigns that promote our organization and address key issues.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify themes needing campaign support and recommend how communications can positively impact.
  • Create plans to communicate campaigns effectively to the public through traditional, digital, and social media.
  • Provide strategic advice to officers and staff on communications needs, acting as a liaison between the media, local areas, and departments.
  • Develop campaigns using best practices and coordinate with colleagues to integrate work and maximize communication channels.
  • Participate in planning meetings and commit to resulting plans and activities.
  • Manage external suppliers and agencies as needed.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in delivering PR and campaigns for large organizations.
  • Must have multidisciplinary skills in media liaison, PR, campaigns, digital and social media, and design.
  • Strong understanding and experience with traditional media, multi-channel campaigns, online and offline techniques, and customer behavior.
  • Proficient in using digital and social media to boost our online presence and communication.
  • Strong creative skills and basic design sense for print and online communications, with solid branding knowledge.
  • Knowledge of media law or willingness to undergo training.
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively represent our organization.
  • Proficient in computer use with knowledge of various software packages.
  • Ability to simplify complex information clearly for non-specialist audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, commissioning work, and collaborating to ensure integrated activity.
  • Strong analytical skills and lateral thinking for problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn emerging marketing communication trends.
