Job Title: PR & Campaigns Officer

We are seeking an experienced PR and Campaigns Officer to join our team at Adecco UK Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive public relations and external campaigns service to our clients, ensuring that our communications strategy is effectively implemented and our brand is positively represented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement public relations and campaigns strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, government officials, and other external partners.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for public relations and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our clients' business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of public relations and campaigns strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of public relations and campaigns strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in public relations and campaigns, preferably in a corporate or government setting.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, crisis communications, and social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
