About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations and Campaigns Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective public relations and campaigns to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communications Strategies
    • Work with senior managers to develop and deliver comprehensive communications plans that align with our business strategy.
    • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities to inform and develop campaigns that promote our brand and tackle key issues.
  • Manage Campaigns and Projects
    • Develop and produce plans to ensure the effective communication of campaigns to the public via traditional, digital, and social media channels.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify themes and issues that would benefit from campaign support and make recommendations for effective communication.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and internal teams.
    • Represent our organization in different forums and present or liaise with internal and external groups.
  • Manage External Suppliers and Agencies
    • Day-to-day management of external suppliers and agencies, including providing written and verbal briefings for creative agencies.
  • Quality Assurance and Evaluation
    • Quality assure communication materials to ensure alignment with our brand guidelines.
    • Undertake professional evaluation to develop best practice communications.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Significant experience of delivering PR and campaigns to achieve outcomes for a large organization.
    • Postholder must possess multidisciplinary skills across the news and communication field, including media liaison, PR and campaigns activity, and knowledge of digital and social media and design.
    • Ability to represent our organization with other forces and agencies as required in different forums.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • Computer literate with a wide knowledge of different packages.
    • Ability to summarise complex information in clear, non-specialist language.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Ability to plan and prioritise work, use initiative, and meet competing deadlines.
    • Experience of working successfully with cross-discipline teams, able to commission and delegate work.
