Role Overview:

As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives. This encompasses a variety of tasks, including:

  • Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
  • Administering medication and ensuring health and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with individuals to develop personalized support plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek experienced professionals in social care who are passionate about making a positive difference. The ideal candidates should possess:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant social care environment.
  • An SVQ 3 or equivalent qualification in social care is preferred.
  • Availability for sleepover shifts (11pm-7am) is advantageous, with additional compensation provided.
