Our Visiting Service caters to adults dealing with mental health issues, learning disabilities, autism, and other challenges. Role Overview:
As a Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives. This encompasses a variety of tasks, including:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
- Administering medication and ensuring health and safety standards.
- Collaborating with individuals to develop personalized support plans.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We seek experienced professionals in social care who are passionate about making a positive difference. The ideal candidates should possess:
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant social care environment.
- An SVQ 3 or equivalent qualification in social care is preferred.
- Availability for sleepover shifts (11pm-7am) is advantageous, with additional compensation provided.
