About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at one of our beautiful care homes in the UK. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medication, managing medical conditions, and providing person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make critical clinical decisions to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
  • Assess and develop person-centred care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Administer medication and manage medical conditions in a safe and effective manner.
  • Provide nursing care, including dressings and wound care, to our residents.
  • Work weekends on a rota basis to ensure 24/7 care for our residents.
  • Support and mentor other team members to ensure a high level of care is maintained.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all residents, staff, and visitors.

Requirements
