Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Current valid RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
- 3 years of progressively responsible clinical experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Valid BLS/BCLS certification.
- EPIC EMR system experience desired.
Shift and Schedule:
The Registered Nurse will work a 36/48 schedule, with 36 hours guaranteed per week. The shift will be Nights, 7 pm - 7 am, with the possibility of additional shifts as needed.
Orientation and Training:
The Registered Nurse will participate in a 16-hour non-billable orientation, which will include online CBLs and compliance documents. The orientation will begin on Sundays, and the Registered Nurse can start the travel any Sunday.
Radius Rule:
The Registered Nurse's permanent residence must be 100 miles or more from the hospital's service area. The Radius Rule is 100 miles to qualify as a traveler.
