About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our inpatient team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake basic ward duties, including overseeing new patient admissions and ensuring key documentation is completed.
  • Introduce patients to the care team and provide coaching and support to colleagues as needed.
  • Liaise with the wider Practice Plus Group medical team to ensure patients receive comprehensive care while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Level 1 Registered Nurse qualification
  • Recent post-registration experience in a surgical ward, preferably across different specialties
  • Excellent clinical and infection control knowledge, with the ability to solve problems and think critically
  • Ability to lead a team and manage change effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of infection control
