Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Undertake comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medication and provide evidence-based interventions
- Supervise junior staff and provide mentorship and guidance
- Participate in clinical supervision and peer review
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Experience in mental health nursing, preferably in an acute setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
