Job Summary
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Medical Surgical setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient information and progress in the medical record.
Requirements
- Current valid RN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
- 3 years of progressively responsible clinical experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Valid BLS/BCLS certification.
- EPIC EMR system experience desired.
Shift and Schedule
The Registered Nurse will work nights, 7 pm to 7 am, with a 36/48 schedule. The hospital can cancel or call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule.
Other Requirements
- Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession.
- The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty.
Radius Rule
The travelers' permanent residence must be 100 miles or more from the hospital's service area. The radius rule is 100 miles to qualify as a traveler. Do not submit candidates that live within 100 miles of the facility.
