About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Commercial M&E projects from set-up to handover and evaluation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects in the M&E sector, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and time.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
- Develop and deliver project estimates and valuations, working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives.
- Track and report project progress to clients at regular intervals, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and manage resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Liaise with Site Safety Officers to ensure all health and safety standards are maintained, and that projects are delivered in a safe and controlled environment.
- Liaise with clients to develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain all health and safety requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record in the M&E sector.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- SMSTS and CSCS qualifications, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards.
