Project Manager - Commercial M&E

Location: Cheltenham HQ, Sites UK Wide, Primarily London based

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Commercial M&E projects from set-up to handover and evaluation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects in the M&E sector, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results within budget and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications
  2. Develop and deliver project estimates and valuations, working closely with clients and stakeholders
  3. Lead and motivate project teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
  4. Provide regular project updates to clients, including tracking and reporting on project progress
  5. Plan and manage resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors, to ensure efficient project delivery
  6. Liaise with Site Safety Officers to ensure all health and safety standards are maintained
  7. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement KPIs, ensuring project success and client satisfaction
  8. Manage and maintain all health and safety requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in project management in the M&E sector, with a strong focus on commercial and retail projects
  2. Ability to travel to sites as required
  3. Exceptional written and spoken English skills
  4. Self-motivated and proactive personality
  5. Attention to detail and a right-first-time attitude
  6. Strong organisation and time management skills
  7. SMSTS and CSCS certifications
