Are you a driven professional with a passion for project management and implementation? As an Implementation Project Manager at Commercial, you will be at the forefront of managing and implementing projects for a wide variety of customers within Office and Print Supplies. You will collaborate closely with our sales teams, attending prospect presentations and site visits with key stakeholders to clearly outline and explain the implementation process of their projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support project implementations with new clients and key stakeholders, understanding their requirements, investigating, and suggesting business solutions.
  • Drive internal projects, ensuring that agreed requirements and timescales are met.
  • Identify potential areas of risk or concern both internally and externally, investigate available solutions, and manage resolutions effectively.
  • Lead integrations, ensuring all relevant parties are involved, rigorous testing is completed, and timescales are managed.
  • Oversee and manage reconfiguration projects for existing customers, ensuring objectives, requirements, and timescales are achieved.
  • Demonstrate our Office Supplies and Print E-commerce solutions in detail to prospects, explaining how they will meet and manage their requirements.
  • Produce and manage detailed project plans, documents, and minutes for meetings and conference calls.

Requirements:

  • Previous project management experience.
  • Hold a Prince2 Foundation Course certification.
  • It would be beneficial for you to have experience in the office supplies and print industry.
  • Possess a practical understanding of business and customer management issues.
  • Can manage multiple tasks and projects with ease.
