About The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior CRM Manager to drive our lifecycle marketing efforts and deliver outstanding CRM strategies and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement CRM Strategies

Define and execute CRM strategies to activate, retain, and grow our premium user base, driving user engagement, retention, and revenue.

Plan and Optimize CRM Programs

Design, build, and optimize high-performing CRM programs across email, push, and in-app messaging, including audience definition, campaign creation, launch, analysis, and ongoing improvement.

Improve User Experience and Key Metrics

Continuously enhance users' experiences and key metrics through experimentation, informed by user data and research.

Evaluate and Report on CRM Performance

Analyze and report on CRM performance, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities to enhance key metrics.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Work closely with colleagues from Brand Marketing, Content, Product, and Design to deliver product marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs.

Deliver Consistent and Innovative Customer Experiences

Develop and implement customer experiences that are consistent across our channels and locales, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
